RETURN POLICY
Our store ensures you with quality service which means that we have 14-day return policy.
In order to be eligible for a return, you must send us back the item in the same condition as you received it, unused without any marks and traces of usage. This applies to the original packaging as well. You also have to provide the proof of purchase.
In order to return, contact us on info@mistysax.com with providing us the reasons for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you further instruction. Usually this would mean that you have to send the item back to the company responsible for handling return packages in your region. Upon revving the item, we will send your money back or send you a different item depending on your request. Items sent us back without a notice will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged item, immediately take photos and contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example custom made products. In case of questions regarding any specific products, contact us via previously mentioned email address.

Refunds
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we shall notify you if the refund was accepted. Upon approval you will be refunded on your original payment method.
It can take up to several working days for your bank or credit card to process the payment.
